常见问题
何时领取参赛包，签到需要选手提供什么材料？
参赛包领取时间：
9月21日10:00–20:00
领取参赛包地址：
延吉市金达莱广场会展中心–白色帐篷
如果找不到位置，请拨打189 4656 2760联系组委会工作人员。
选手签到需要携带身份证原件或者护照原件，代领他人参赛包需提供代领人身份证、选手身份证（或复印件）、代领人需在现场为选手签署免责声明。

参赛包都有什么内容？
参赛包内有1张号码布，1个号码牌，1头盔贴，1座管贴（芯片），别针5枚，扎带5根，能量胶，谷物棒，存衣袋，竞赛手册。
There are 1 number bib, 1 number plate, 1 helmet sticker, 1 tube sticker (chip), 5 pins, 5 straps, energy bars, bag, participant information book.

不熟悉赛道怎么办？How to know the Track.
1、根据赛道图熟悉路线
赛道图Track Map：
133km及41km赛道图 Track Map for 133km&41km
注：参加长距离133km组选手，请注意52km-64km路段为连续下坡，64km处为左侧急转弯，注意减速慢行。
Note: Participants in the 133 km group should pay attention to the continuous downhill section of 52km-64km and the sharp left turn at 64km. Attention should be paid to slow down.

赛道和补给站的安排是什么样的？ Drink station.
★饮水站设置:42公里山地赛24公里处；41公里公路短距离赛 22.5公里处；133公里公路长距离24km、46.5km、65km、86km、106km、123km处共6个；在每个起终点均有饮水站。
★每个饮水站均有矿泉水、功能饮料、士力架、香蕉、小面包等补给。
★每个饮水站上均有打气筒，如您有需要可以使用。
Drink station provides drinks, banana , snickers and bread to the participants. You find the exact location on the track-maps.133km track start area 1,finish area 1,6 along the track.42km MTB/41km road track : start area offers 1.finish area offers 1 with another1 along the track.

Note: If participant fails to pass the designated section within the prescribed time, the organizing committee will take compulsory accommodation.
① 保障车：2019延边•韦特恩国际自行车旅游节针对长距离133公里组委会提供3辆保障车跟随在前方及中后方，车上提供简易修车工具及配件，如有需要请联系他们寻求帮助。如有选手有特殊型号轮组等配件需放在保障车内，请将配件于9月21日领物时交给领物处工作人员。详情请咨询：18946562760
禁止选手带个人保障车进入赛道，任何非赛事组委会工作车辆不允许进入赛道。
Bike Service: Service stations in the start area , but we recommend you to bring some tools by yourself (e.g. small hand air-pump and an additional inner tube). Some spare parts for small repairs are available on the car during the race, please pay for it after race.
If you have special type wheelsets and other accessories that need to be placed in the support vehicle, please hand them to the staff of the consular office on September 21. For details, please contact: 18946562760
Cyclists are forbidden to bring personal security vehicles into the track. No non-event organizing committee working vehicles are allowed to enter the track.
② 补给站：赛道上各处饮水站将配备水、功能饮料、香蕉以及其他食物。
Drink station provides drinks, banana , snickers and bread to the participants.
③ 存包处设置在延吉金达莱广场，选手可寄存个人物品（请勿寄存手机、钱包等贵重物品，遗失责任自负），赛后凭您的比赛号码簿领取您的存包。
由于起终点不在同一地点，所以存包大巴将在9月22日8:40关闭，并转移至终点。请务必选择与自己参加比赛的公里数相同的存衣大巴存放物品，完赛后请在终点存衣帐篷领取您的存包。
The deposit bus is located in Jindalai Square, Yanji. Cyclist can deposit personal belongings (please do not deposit mobile phones, wallets and other valuables, and they are responsible for the loss). After race, you can collect your bags at arena tent.
The deposit bus will be closed at 8:40 on September 22nd. After the race, please pick up your bag after race in deposit tent.
④ 本次比赛颁奖仪式地点为图们广场，颁奖时间：9月22日13:30 (根据参赛选手完赛时间调整)，
颁发奖项：133公里组男子、女子1-6名，大师组男子、女子1-3名；
41公里公路男子、女子1-3名，4 公里山地男子、女子1-3名参加颁奖仪式；
133公里男子，女子组，7-10名在终点奖品领取处领取奖品。
公路41公里、42公里山地男子、女子4-10名分别在短距离终点奖品领取处领取奖品。
注：（41公里公路男子、女子1-3名，42公里山地男子、女子1-3名；完赛后在体育场乘坐大巴到图们江参加颁奖，在16:00统一乘坐大巴车返回延吉国际饭店）

⑤公路车租赁（只接受已在官网预约租车）
时间:9月21日16:30 金达莱广场会展中心一层，领物处
归还时间:9月22日 终点–竞赛办公室帐篷
Advance reservation is available for Road bike rental.The price is RMB150 for YanJi
stage (only road bike& Helmet).
On Sept. 21st. The opening hours for the bike rental is 15:00-18:00,Race office,
YanJi.
Time to return is Sept. 22nd. 11:00-15:30 Race office tent at the finish point.
⑥山地赛医疗救援：山地越野路段中每隔1公里，会有1名有蓝天救援队队员提供医疗救援服务，如在比赛过程中身体不适，可以寻求他们的帮助。
Medical Rescue in MTB Race: Every 1 km ， a blue sky rescue team member will provide medical rescue services. If he or she is unwell during the competition, he or she can seek their help.
⑦本次比赛分为三个组别：133km公路组，号码布及车牌颜色为黄色；
41km公路组号码布及车牌颜色为红色，42km山地组对应颜色为蓝色，青少年10公里号码布及车牌颜色为黄色；亲子组5公里号码布及车牌颜色为粉色；请各位根据对应组别颜色的标志指示完成比赛。

比赛的关门时间是？
公路133KM组关门时间为16:00，即出发后的6.5小时，
公路41KM组关门时间为12:00,即比赛开始后2.5小时。
山地42KM组关门时间为13:00,即比赛开始后3.5小时。
为了保证参赛运动员比赛安全、顺利，比赛路线各段专设了赛事关门时间，到了关门时间，相应路段将恢复社会交通。在规定关门时间外，未完成对应距离的参赛选手须立即停止比赛，退出赛道，以免发生危险。退出比赛的运动员可搭乘组委会提供的救援车到终点处。对届时不听劝阻、不退出赛道的选手，组委会将取消该选手参加下一次参赛的资格，且关门时间后，组委会将不再负责参赛人员安全。

比赛有纪念奖牌吗？有赛后补给吗？
每个选手完赛后都可以在终点处领取到一枚精美的完赛奖牌。终点处设有饮水站，提供赛后补给。

查询成绩：在赛事官网首页点击“证书打印”按钮即可查询成绩、下载完赛证书。比赛成绩预计在赛后24小时内上传。如您无法下载，可发邮件到media@nordicways.com 请求帮助。
Results：Click on the “Certificate Printing” button on the front page of the official website to download the final certificate. The results are expected to be uploaded within 24 hours after race. If you can’t download it, you can send an email to media@nordicways.com
下载比赛照片：本次比赛照片服务商为爱云动。选手可在爱云动APP或者微信公众号点击“2019延边·韦特恩国际自行车旅游节”，输入您的参赛号码下载照片。如需照片高清大图，打赏给摄影师即可获得。
